THG: Resolution on Dividend Payment
On February 24, 2012, The Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the record date to close shareholder list:
* The second dividend payment 2011 as follows:
Par value: VND 10,000
Record date: March 12, 2012
Dividend pay-out ratio: 14%/ par value (VND1,400/ share)
Payment date: April 06, 2012
Place & procedure of payment:
-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
