On February 20, 2012, The Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced on dividend payment of 2011 as follows:
Approving the dividend payment 2011 as follows:

- Total of outstanding shares: 8,000,000 shares
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 20% par value (VND2,000/share)
