- Closing Hanoi Branch at 11th Floor, Hanoi tourist building, No.18 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city
- Closing Nghe An Branch at 1st Floor, No 19 Quang Trung, Vinh city, Nghe An province
- Closing Thanh Hoa Branch at 1st Floor, No 34A, Le Loi Avenue, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
- Moving head office of Da Nang branch
- Closing Le Duan trading office at No 1-5 Le Duan, Hochiminh city
- Merging Department of Risk Management into Department of Professional Management
- Establishing Department of Securities Services and Business
3. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 expected to hold on 27/04/2012
4. Amendment of the Company’s Charter
5. Appointment of the BOD and Supervisory Board for term 2012-2016
6. Dividend payment will be based on general mandate 2011
7. Amendment of regulation on customers brokerage
8. Amendment of regulation on expenses management
