VSG: Announcement of trading halt

On March 23, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.317/2012/TB-SGDHCM on the pause in trading of stock of South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP SAIGON):

Temporarily suspending the trading of VSG stock as from March 27, 2012 under Decision No.28/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated March 23, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

Reason: VICONSHIP SAIGON had losses in 02 consecutive years according to the audited financial statements (VICONSHIP SAIGON had a loss of VND40.7 billion in 2010 and a loss of VND37.6 billion in 2011).
