On March 20, 2012, HOSE announced the record date for the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company:

- Ex-right date:               March 28, 2012

- Record date:                March 30, 2012

- Purpose:                      To organize the 2012 Annual General Meeting

- Exercise ratio:              01:01 (01 share  - 01 voting right)

- The meeting time and meeting venue will be noticed later.         

- Meeting contents:

+ Report of the Board of Directors on profit in 2011, and business plan for 2012;

+ Report of the Board of Directors on activities, report of the Board of Supervisors in 2011;

+ Payment of remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2011;

+ Choosing an auditing company for fiscal year 2012;

+ Amending the company’s regulation.
