TRC: Board Resolution No.3-2012

Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company (TANIRUCO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 14, 2012:

- The Board of Directors approved the capital increase plan of Viet Laos Rubber Joint Stock Company. Viet Laos Rubber Joint Stock Company will increase by VND200 billion to VND800 billion.

- Tay Ninh Rubber JSC will invest another VND20 billion, equivalent to 10%, so that the ownership ratio will not be changed after Viet Laos Rubber JSC raises capital.

- The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to execute necessary procedures and contribute funds in Quarter II/2012.
