LGC: Cancelling 2012 Annual General Meeting on 03 March 2012

On March 01, 2012, Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company has received news from a group of shareholders holding over 45% of total LGC shares.

The shareholders can not take part in the 2012 Annual General Meeting on March 03, 2012. Therefore, the company will cancel the 2012 Annual General Meeting on March 03, 2012 because ratio of voting shares has not reached 65% under regulation and law.
