PNC: Explanation for business results in quarter 4/2011 (parent company)

Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) has explained profit after tax in quarter 4/2011 beside quarter 4/2010 because:

- Higher interest rate.

- Selling expenses and administration &general expenses increased compared to the same period of last year because inflation of the economy and the company has invested in some bookstores as Da Lat Bookstore, Lien Khuong Kios, Phu Bai Kios, etc.

- Revenue and gross profit increased compared to the same period of 2010 because in 2011 some bookstore have gone into operation.

- Income from financial activity decreased compared to the same period of 2010 because short-term investments decreased.
