KSB: BIMICO raises capital to VND180 billion

On March 09th, 2012, the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province granted the business license for the fifth time to Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (BIMICO) with new charter capital.

BIMICO increased its charter capital from VND107 billion to VND180 billion after issuing 7,300,000 bonus shares (VND73 billion) to the existing shareholders.
