General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (MF JSC) has announced information on the 2012 annual shareholders' meeting as follows:

- Venue: Meeting hall of General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company - Group 5, Pham Van Coi commune, Cu Chi Dist., HCM City

+ Approving reports of the Directorate on the 2011 business results
+ Approving the 2011 financial statements
+ Approving the Supervisory Board’ reports
+ Approving the plan of the profit distribution, dividend payment and compensations for the BOD
+ Approving the BOD’s reports on the 2010 plans
+ Choosing the 2012 audit firm
+ Approving the resolution
+ Conditions of attending the meeting:
- All shareholders owning HSI shares were recorded on February 29, 2012.
- Shareholders who can not attend to the meeting can authorize to other only once.
- Shareholders, who will attend to the meeting, please send the attendance confirmation to the company.
Please bring an invitation letter, an IP and an authorization letter (if any) when attending the meeting.
