DXG: Explanation for business result in Q4/2011

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation has explained business result in Q4/2011 compared to Q4/2010 as follows:

Loss after tax in Quarter 4/2011 was VND16,595,153,847, while profit after tax in Quarter 4/2010 was VND15,400,894,840) mainly because:

Financial expenses in Quarter 4/2011 gained VND17,338,820,211 against VND 732,509,71 in Quarter 4/2010. Besides, the company and customers has not completed delivery products so the company couldn’t keep income account. Therefore, net income in Quarter 4/2011 went down VND23,619,399,561 over VND80,111,719,307 the same period of 2010.
