DQC: Violation of information disclosure of an inside trading

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside trading in Dien Quang Joint Stock Company as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Bac Son – a Member of the Supervisory Board  Sold 51,000 shares from December 12, 2011 to February 06, 2012 announcing the information tardily and was late in reporting the trading result of DQC stock after registering to trade on October 11, 2011.
