Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 298,010 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy back: 9,620 shares

- Expected trading period: From March 15, 2012 to April 30, 2012

- Trading method: Put through

- Purpose: To buy back shares from employees who retired
