DQC: DQC transfers capital in Dien Quang Engineering JSC

The Board of Directors of Dien Quang Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the resolution on transferring all stake (153,000 shares (par value of VND10,000/share)), equivalent to 51%, in Dien Quang Engineering Joint Stock Company.

At present, Dien Quang Joint Stock Company is fulfilling procedures to transfer shares.
