MCV: MCV served a warning

On March 06, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.18/2012/QD-SGDHCM to serve a warning to Cavico Viet Nam Mining and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: MCV).

Reason: The Company continued violating the information disclosure regulations at Point 1.2, 1.3, 2.1 and Point 6 – Provision IV of Circular No.09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 by the Ministry of Finance.
