According to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2011, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company privately issued 18,000,000 shares to strategic partners (institutional and individual investors).
On March 02, 2012, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company finished the private placement with 13,333,300 shares sold, selling price of VND13,500/share, and gained VND179,999,550,000, accounting for 74.074% total issue shares.
