- Purpose: To organize the 2012 Annual General Meeting
- Exercise ratio: 01:01 (01 share - 01 voting right)
- Estimated meeting date: From April 23, 2012 to April 30, 2012
- The meeting venue will be noticed later.
- Meeting contents:
+ Report of the Board of Directors on activities, Report of the Board of Supervisors on activities;
+ Report on profit and loss in 2011, and business plan for 2012;
+ Approval for the 2012 profit distribution;
