NTL: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2011 (the parent company)
Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) explained the fluctuation in business results of the parent company between Quarter 4/2011 and Quarter 4/2010:
- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2010: 239,079,608,939 VND
- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011: 8,989,706,339 VND
- Decrease difference: 230,089,902,600 VND
Profit in Quarter 4/2011 was 96.25% lower than in Quarter 4/2010 because LIDECO in Quarter 4/2011 had no infrastructure works in the new residential area project in the north of National Highway No.32. LIDECO’s profit in Quarter 4/2011 was mainly from bank interest and some construction works.
