CDC: Explanation for business results in Q4/2011

Chuong Duong Corporation has announced explanation for ( parent company) business result in Quarter 4/2011 as follows:

- Profit before tax in Quarter 4/2011 was VND9,219 million

- Loss before tax in Quarter 4/2010 was VND1,490 million

- Mainly because:

+ Cost of goods sold in Quarter 4/2011 accounted 84% for sales, while Cost of goods sold in Quarter 4/2010 accounted 92% for sales.

+ General & administrative expenses in Quarter 4/2011 decreased 61% over Quarter 4/2010 because the company cut expenses.
