Dream House Investment Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 4/2011 compared to Quarter 4/2010:

Compared to the same period of 2010, revenue from sales of goods and services in Quarter 4/2011 (mainly fertilizer business) was VND16,168,807,792 increasing 712,5%; Revenue from financial activities increased 381%  (revenue from equity transfer was VND 13 billion) and profit after tax was VND703 million increasing 1232.5% over Quarter 4/2010.
