On February 06, 2012, the Board of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation unanimously approved to pay dividend installment of the year 2011 and the 2011 Annual General Meeting:

1. The record date to close shareholder list for make the dividend payment 2011 and the 2011 Annual General Meeting: February 20, 2012

2. The dividend payment 2011

- Dividend pay-out ratio:  16% in cash(VND1,600/share)

- Payment date:   April 06, 2012

- Trading method: In cash

- Source: Profit after tax of 2011 and distributed profit.

3. The annual shareholders’ meeting 2011
