Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the record date to close shareholder list:

- Stock symbol:   MBB

- Stock type:       Common stock

- Par value:         VND 10,000     

- Ex-right date:    February 28, 2012

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 28 & 29, 2012 sellers will not receive the rights.)

- Record date:     March 01, 2012

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share)

- Purpose:           To make the second dividend payment for 2011.

- Payment date:   March 15, 2012

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
