HSI: Resolution on dividend payment

General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 10, 2012:

The dividend payment 2011 in cash as follows:

- Payment rate                 : 13%/share (VND1,300 per share)

- Payment date                : April 27, 2012

- The resolution is valid as from February 10, 2012.
