LSS: Resolution on the first dividend payment of 2011
Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation announced a resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
The Board of Directors approved to the first dividend payment 2011 in cash:
- Dividend pay-out ratio : 15%/ par value (VND1,500/share)
- Record date : March 01, 2012
- Payment date : April 20, 2012
- This resolution takes effect from February 15, 2012.
