DL1: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Duc Long Gia Lai Investment and Development of Public Project Service JSC has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03/01/2012. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Depository registration and additional listed shares in the issue to pay dividend 2010 on HNX and Vietnam Securities Depository

2. Depository registration and additional listed shares in the seasoned issue to increase charter capital 2011 on HNX and Vietnam Securities Depository

3. Assigning the Board of Director to process contents related to depository and additional listed shares.
