Dai Chau Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15/01/2012. The following resolutions were approved:

- Approving additional listed shares in the issue to be the first dividend payment 2010 on Ha Noi Stock Exchange.

- Board of Director is authorized to complete additional listed shares.
