LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 27, 2011:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the report on revenue and profit in 2011:
• Net revenue: VND278 billion
• Profit after tax: VND25 billion
Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the wage fund in 2011:
• Plan: VND14,638,000,000.
• Approved supplement: VND2,195,000,000
• Implemented wage fund: VND16,833,000,000.
Article 3: The Board of Directors approved business targets for 2012:
1. Revenue, profit & dividend in 2012:
• Net revenue: VND285 billion
• Profit after tax: VND18 billion
• Dividend: 15%
2. Plan for investment and purchase in 2012: VND5 billion
3. Wage fund in 2012: Average salary: VND5,730 million/person/month.
Total wage fund in 2012: VND17,190 billion.
