PPI: Information on capital contribution in an associated venture
INDECO Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND300.5 billion has invested in a BOT project for Highway No.830 (the extended part). From the establishment time to the present, INDECO has fulfilled procedures for investment, but there have not been any particular results.
Besides, there have been difficulties in the economy, and none of shareholders contribute enough capital as registered. Therefore, to focus and finance Ecovilas villas and tourism area in Binh Duong province, the irregular meeting of shareholders 2011 of INDECO unanimously approved to decrease INDECO’s charter capital to VND40,567,500,000. The capital decrease was officially adjusted in INDECO’s business license on January 04, 2012.
Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company is a shareholder of INDECO JSC and holds 30.05% INDECO, equivalent to 1,219,050 shares.
