Power Engineering Consulting JSC No.2 announces Board Resolution approved on 18/01/2012 as follows:

1. Supplementing business lines of the Company: Auditing, assessing and certifying conditions to ensure power resistance; certifying appropriateness of quality of construction building.

2. The BOD is assigned to carry out necessary procedures to supplement the business lines as stipulated by law.

3. This Resolution has come into effect since signing date.
