LGC: The BOD’s resolution

Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) has informed items in the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Cao Luong Ngoc from BOD Chairman of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company.

- The resignation of Mr. Cao Luong Ngoc from a member of the Board of Directors of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company

- Appointing Mr. Le Quoc Binh – Deputy of BOD Chairman as BOD Chairman of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company

Article 2: The resolution is valid as from January 12, 2012.
