Vietnam Construction JSC No. 2 announces Board Resolution approved on 12/01/2012 as follows:

1. Result of share distribution to outstanding shareholders

-          Offering volume: 4,000,000 shares

-          Volume distributed: 2,833,789 shares

-          Undistributed shares: 1,166,211 shares

+ Odd shares: 8,879 shares

+ Unsold shares: 1,157,332 shares

2. Handling undistributed shares

-          Undistributed shares will be offered to members of the BOD, Supervisory Board, Labor union, subsidiary units and employees of Vietnam Construction JSC No. 2.

-          Offering volume: 1,166,211 shares

-          Offering price: VND 10,000/share

-          Exercise time: From 10/01/2012 to 08/02/2012

3. This Resolution has come into effect since signing date.
