On January 10, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.02/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the exchange:

• Stock symbol: SMC                 

• Additional volume: 4,918,256 shares

• Total additional value (based on par value): VND49,182,560,000

• Effective date of the listing license: January 12, 2012.
