MBB: The record date for an additional issuance
HOSE announces the record date to issue new shares of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:
- Stock symbol : MBB
- Stock type : Common stock
- Par value : VND10,000
- Ex-right date : February 13, 2012
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 13, 2012 & February 14, 2012, sellers will not receive the right)
- Record date February 15, 2012
- Purpose: to offer new shares to the existing shareholders.
- Exercise ratio: 73:16 (a shareholder owning73 shares will entitled to buy 16 new shares.)
- Issue price :VND10,000/share
The number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded to units. The fractional parts and undistributed shares will be offered to other objects by the Board of Directors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 100 shares, the calculation will be: (100*16)/73 = 21.9 new shares. Therefore, shareholder A will have the right to buy 21 new shares.
- Time to transfer rights: from February 23, 2012 to March 06, 2012
- Rights to buy shares are transferred only once.
- The new shares are transferable
- Time to register to buy shares: from February 29, 2012 to March 20, 2012.
- The undistributed shares will be offered to other objects at a price not less than VND12,000/share.
Place of implementation:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank
