S74: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 19/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Song Da 704 JSC asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement. Reason is that the liquidations of the Company’s direct branches are in different provinces such as Lai Chau, Son La, Hoa Binh and Hanoi.

However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
