Petroleum Mechanical JSC reports the use of proceeds in the issue of 3,900,000 shares approved by the SSC on 20/04/2011 as follows:
1. Information on the issue:
- Stock code: PMS
- Stock type: common
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Exercise rate: 4:3
- Offering volume: 3,900,000 shares
- Number of shares issued: 2,027,662 shares
- Proceeds: VND 20,276,620,000
2. Report on use of proceeds
- Purpose of the issue: to build project in Binh Duong, improve and repair equipments and machines and buy 2 new petroleum stations...
- Use of proceeds: Because the proceeds from the issue was lower than the Company’s plan, the Company decided to use proceeds to buy 2 new petroleum stations. Recently, the Company has negotiated with some folowing petroleum stations:
+ Tan Loi petroleum retail station – Tan Loi commune, Hon Quan district, Binh Phuoc
+ Ai Nhu petroleum retail station – ĐT 750, Hamlet 1, Tan Long commune, Phu Giao district, Binh Duong
+ Hung Phat petroleum retail station – Hamlet 1, Chanh Phu Hoa commune, Ben Cat district, Binh Duong
