MCF: Notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue

Mechanics Construction and Foodstuff JSC (HNX: MCF) announced the notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:

·   Reasons:

1. Dividend payment 2011 by share

- Exercise rate: 100: 22 (shareholders receive 22 new shares for every 100 shares they own)

- The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to unit digit. Odd shares (if any) will be distributed to the Company’s labor union and the Company’s labor union will pay in cash for shareholders with price of VND 10,000/share

-  Place of exercise:

+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

+ For undeposited shares: Mechanics Construction and Foodstuff JSC. Address: 29, Nguyen Thi Bay, Ward 6, Tan An city, Long An on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

2. Implementing share purchase rights

- Number of shares to be issued: 3,730,000 shares

- Exercise rate: 1:1.0657 (shareholders are entitled to purchase 1.0657 shares for each share they own)          

- The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to unit digit.

- Odd shares and unsold shares will be offered to other subjects with price not lower than par value of VND 10,000/share.

- Issue price: VND 10,000/share

- Regulations on share purchase rights

+ Time for transfer of purchase rights: From 08/02/2012 to 24/02/2012

+ Purchase rights can be transfered once only.

-   Regulations on share transfer:

+ The new shares is under no transfer restriction.

+ Time for registration and payment: From 08/02/2012 to 01/03/2012
