ASM: Explanation for business result in Q4/2011

Sao Mai Construction Corporation explained the fluctuation in profit after tax between Quarter 4/2011 and Quarter 4/2010:

- According to the financial statements in Quarter 4/2011, ASM’s profit after tax decreased 94% compared to the same period of 2010 because of the following reasons:

- Financial income in the period decreased 91%;

- Interest cost increased 236%;

- ASM’s sales in the two periods were nearly equal, but expenses in Quarter 4/2011 increased highly, so profit in Quarter 4/2011 was lower than Quarter 4/2010.
