- Par value:                    VND 10,000      

- Ex-right date:               January 30, 2012

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on January 30, 2012 & January 31, 2012 sellers will not receive the rights.)

- Record date:                 February 01, 2012

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

- Purpose:                       To make the fourth dividend payment for 2011.
