VSC: BOD Resolution on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping JSC (HOSE: VSC) has unanimously approved to make the second dividend payment for the year 2011 in cash and at 20%/par value (Equivalent to VND2,000/share). The payment date is expected in Quarter I/2012.
