PNJ: 2nd installment of the 2011 dividend

PhuNhuan Jewelry JSC (HOSE: PNJ) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 19, 2011:

Article 1: Approving the record date for the second installment will be on January 03, 2012.

Article 2: Approving the second installment of the 2011 dividend as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND1,000 /share)

- Payment date: January 16, 2012

- Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited

• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At PhuNhuan Jewelry JSC.

Article 3: Authorizing Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, BOD Chairwoman, to decide and fulfill necessary procedures to implement this resolution.
