TKC: Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2011 results

Tanky Construction and Real Estate Trading Corporation (HNX: TKC) has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 05/12/2011. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Listing additional shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange:

- The seasoned issue: For 2nd dividend payment 2010.

- The number of share issued: 886,831 shares.

This shares will be listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange.

2. Change in Business Registration Certificate:

- Old charter capital: VND 95,198,850,000

- New charter capital: VND 104,067,160,000

The BOD is authorized to carry out these tasks.
