TanCang Logistics and Stevedoring JSC (HOSE: TCL) has announced explanation for business result in QIII/2011 as follows:

- Profit after tax in QIII/2011: 15,777,205,040 dongs

- Profit after tax in QIII/2010: 18,703,304,460 dongs

- Decreased: 2,926,099,420 dongs

- Reasons:

+ Total revenue, net income in QIII/2011 was 127,809,602,548 dongs compared to total revenue, net income in QIII/2010 was 121,561,046 dongs increased 5.14% (6,248,096,052 dongs), but total expenses in QIII/2011 was 106,671,529,337 dongs compared to QIII/2011 was 96,376,445,630 dongs increased 10.68% (10,295,083,707 dongs) leading to profit before tax decreased 16.07% (4,046,987,205 dongs), profit after tax decreased 15.64% (2,926,099,420 dongs)

+ Total expenses in QIII/2011 increased mainly in QIII/2011 financial expenses increased 2,961,411,841 dongs (QIII/2011: 3,486,950,856 dongs, QIII/2010: 525,539,014 dongs) because the company raise capital investment to projects.
