FDG: Explanation for business result in QIII/2011

Dongthap Trading Corporation (HOSE: FDG) explained the fluctuation in profit between QIII/2011 and QIII/2010:

- According to the financial statements of Docimexco (The parent copamy):

- Profit after tax of QIII/2010: VND21,231,104,198

- Profit after tax of QIII/2011: -VND10,804,265,459

- Reason: Sales in QIII/2011 was VND379,088,035,408 lower than QIII/2010 fix VND11 billion. Rate of cost of goods sold on sales in QIII/2011 increased high compared to QIII/2010 leading to gross profit decreased.

- Interest expenses in QIII/2011 higher than QIII/2010 because interest expenses high.
