VLF: Explanation for business results in Q3.2011
Vinh Long Cereal And Food Import Export Company (HOSE: VLF) has announced explanation for business result in quarter 3/2011 increased VND9,523,696,833 equipment 121.04% compared to Quarter 3/2010 as follows:
- Selling from production of rice decreased 5,959.10 tons (9.9%), the average price in quarter 2/2011 higher compared to quarter 3/2010 leading to net revenue in the quarter increased 43.27%. However, buying price low leading to gross profit increased VND17,258,160,998 (Equipment 67.55% compared to the same last year)
- Financial expenses in quarter 3/2011 increased double (100.75%) compared to quarter 3/2010, mainly high interest expenses. However, the company has better cost, selling expenses and General & administrative expenses decreased compared to the same last year contribute net profit reached VND21,119,769,635 increased VND10,906,117,480 (106.78%)
- In quarter 3/2011, others profit increased 751.89% compared to Quarter 3/2010.
