On 04/11/2011, Sai Gon Maritime JSC (HNX: SHC) explained the recent 05 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions as follows:

- Recently, the leadership of the Company has hold a meeting on private placement with strategic shareholders to restructure resources, and organizing an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 28/11/2011 for approval of this plan. Beside this information, the Company did not have any other information that could affect the price of the stock.
