PAN: Explanation for business result in Q3.2011

PAN Pacific Corporation (HOSE: PAN) explained the over-ten-percent difference in business result between QIII/2011 and QIII/2010 (no audited) as follows:

Profit before tax in QIII/2011 was VND7.1 billion increased by VND5.3 billion (294.4%) compared to QIII/2010 because:

- The steady growth in the supply of goods and services to profit from commercial and services reached VND10.87 billion, increased 17.59% (VND1.6 billion)compared to QIII/2010

- Financial in QIII/2011 reached better than QIII/2010, contributing profit before tax in the period was VND3.14 billion, increased VND3.58 billion to negative VND0.44 billion compared to the same of last year.
