NAV: Resolution of the BOD

Nam Viet JSC (HOSE: NAV) has announced resolution of the BOD as follows:

Article 1: Agreeing with business results in 09 months and estimated results in 2011

Article 2: Checking some projects as follows:

- Navifico Wooden Industry Park Project in Hung Loc Industry Area, Dong Nai Province: stopping the investment and transferring expenses used in the project

- Hiep Binh Phuoc Villa Area: Authorizing Chairman of the BOD to negotiate capital withdrawal at the project

- Nam Viet Complex Park at 18F Tang Nhon Phu St., Dist. 9: authorizing Chairman of the BOD and the CEO to work with consultants and People’s Committee of HCMC. and invite investors to attend to the project

- Co-operation project to produce air cured: Authorizing the CEO to implement technical & economical evaluation and submit to the BOD

- Co-operation project to produce autoclaved: Authorizing the CEO to implement technical & economical evaluation and submit to the BOD

Article 3: Others:

- Finding a new place for the factory: Authorizing the Chairman and the CEO to finding a new place for the factory in future

- Building an inheritable team for controlling the company in future: authorizing the Management Board to make a list and submit it to the BOD.

Article 4: The resolution is valid as from 26 Oct. 2011.
