HTP: Report on use of proceeds

Hoaphat Textbook Printing JSC (HNX: HTP) reports the use of proceeds in the issue approved by the SSC on 03/08/2010 as follows:

1. Purpose of the issue:

- Capital contribution with Life Investment JSC to invest in high quality Schools of Sky Line according to international standards with total capital of VND 25 billion

- Buying land for enterprises in Da Nang Province at preferential price to expand operation of the company with total capital of VND 7 billion

- To invest in equipment and supplementary of working capital

2. Information on the issue:

- Number of shares to be issued: 3,642,600 shares

- Issue price: VND 10,000 per share

- Total expected amount of capital: VND 36,426,000,000

- Number of shares issued: 544,980 shares

- Net proceeds: VND 5,449,800,000

- The company has been using the capital to invest in equipment and supplementary of working capital.
