AGR: Report on using the proceeds from the 2010 stock issuance

On 2010, AgriBank Securities JSC (HOSE: AGR) raised funds from a stock issuance to the public. Therefore, on December 01, 2011, Agriseco sent the Hochiminh Stock Exchange a report on using the proceeds from the issuance as follows:
