VIG: Board Resolution on not paying dividend 2010
Viet Nam Industrial & Commercial Securities JSC (HNX: VIG) announces Board Resolution approved on 07/11/2011 as follows:
1. The Company’s BOD approved its Statement No.19/2011/TTr-HĐQT on not paying dividend 2010 dated on 6/10/2011. The reason is that the Company doesn’t have resources for dividend payment.
2. This Resolution has come into effect since signing date.
